Florida Keys drive to Key West (5 hours driving plus stops)
A leisurely drive across the causeways and islands that make up this amazing system, down to the southernmost tip at Key West. Stopping for lunch along the way, sightseeing and generally a chill time. Suggested stops along the way at Marathon and Islamorada.

An evening in the vibrant palm-lined city where property title deeds date back to the Kings of Spain. Walk in the footsteps of Hemingway, Edison and Tennessee Williams. Open air bars and sidewalk cafés and street artists. The choice is yours, plenty to choose from.

Day 7
Spend the morning in Key West, boat and snorkelling charters are available with options for diving. Half day, 3 hour two location catamaran snorkelling trip $40. Sometime after lunch a leisurely drive back through the Keys to Key Largo (2.5 hours plus stops). Arrive Key Largo mid afternoon / early evening.

Mainly based on Days Inn Hotel Locations which seem to offer reasonable quality, pools etc. However, some of the Dive Centres have what looks like fantastic accommodation, so your options are open, but this gives a price guide.
