Divemaster Scuba Group Holiday to Maldives 9 days £1199.00

The Atoll Explorer is a great way to discover the Maldivian islands, available as a Full Board diving package or All inclusive non-diver package. The diving package offers 6 days diving, 2 dives per person per day along with 1 night dive. Non divers can exchange the dive package for an all inclusive holiday. Basically, non divers will have to buy their own gin and tonics.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the Maldives at their very best, visiting the different islands and remote dive sites in the comfort of a well appointed cruise ship at the best recommended time of year for diving and at a great price.

Every report I've heard and read is simply superb. There are only 20 twin/double cabins, and they get booked up very quickly. It is so popular, that it is almost impossible to reserve, but I have 5 cabins on hold for a week...

Standard Itinerary - 9 days
Day 1. - Depart Sunday evening from London Airport
Day 2. – On arrival into Male you will met by a representative who will transfer you to The Atoll Explorer for a 7 night cruise.
Day 3-8. - Six Days to enjoy the amazing dive sites of the Maldives
Day 9. – Transfer back to Male for your evening flight to London

Maldives Weather - General
Located north of the equator in the Indian Ocean, the island nation of the Maldives enjoys a hot tropical climate, with plenty of sunshine and high humidity. The average temperature is around 28C, with the heat staying fairly constant throughout the year. The best time to visit the Maldives is between November and April, when the weather is dry and sunny, and the region receives up to 10 hours of sunshine per day.

Two monsoon systems dominate the weather pattern of the Maldives, and bring both a rainy and dry season each year. The northeast monsoon occurs from November to April, creating the dry season, and calm sunny days. This is the busy tourist season, with visitors enjoying temperatures that range from 25C - 29C, and gentle coastal breezes that help to temper the humidity. March and April are the hottest months, when temperatures can reach up to 32C. November and April are the recommended months for divers, with the best underwater clarity and vision.
