What started out as an attempt to get a bit fitter, has ended with me and Phil entering the Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride for charity on Sunday 22nd June 2008.
Why not come and join us (Team Divemaster - if we get more than 10, I will get personalised t-shirts printed). It's only 50 miles... and there is a break in the middle.
I can't remember the last time I rode a bike, so we have been getting a bit of practice in. 10 miles on the first run, 18 miles on the second and when trying for the 25 miles I fell off... plus got a puncture - how bad is that?
