HSE First Aid at Work 
2 Day Refresher Course

This course is suitable for anyone who needs to renew and update their statutory first aid at work certificate, providing their existing first aid at work certificate is valid at the beginning of the course.

The course may be taken within 3 months prior to the end date of your current certificate and will be dated to run from the course completion date.

If you are a qualified first-aider, three years is the maximum amount of time that may elapse between training and retraining. Failing this, you will have to do the complete 4 day course all over again.

The First Aid at Work Retraining course lasts 2 days, which may be consecutive or over one day a week. The new certificate is valid for three years and is approved by the Health & Safety Executive.

The course provides detailed training in theoretical and practical aspects of First Aid at work, in order to enable employees to manage a person or persons becoming suddenly ill or suffering injury at work. The curriculum of the First Aid at Work course is covered and includes any updates.
