To get the best performance from your Warmup cushion:

• Once the clicker has activated the pack and it gets hot, ensure you knead the pack well to get it soft and flexible. This will bring the pack to its maximum heat making the heat last longer.
• Keep the cold air away from the pack. For example put it inside your glove or pocket, instead of just in your hand.
• Insulate the pack, using insulated pouch, covers, etc.
