Scuba Review
Not dived for a while? It is important to keep up those skills you mastered during your Scuba courses.
Ideal as a refresher before you take that well earned holiday.
If it's been more than six months since you have dived it may be a requirement of some dive operations.
To participate you must have a minimum PADI Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organisation) or be a referral PADI Student. Minimum age: 10 years
What will I do? The whole PADI Scuba Review session typically lasts around two hours from arrival and includes introduction, demonstration of the scuba equipment, full poolside instruction and pool time with skills review. Participants will need to bring a normal swimming costume, t-shirt and towel. Everything else is provided.
The PADI Scuba Tune-up manual is also provided for you to keep.
Your PADI Scuba Review session can take place in one of our local swimming pools, either the Ken Martin Leisure Centre on Sunday afternoons, or Beechdale Swimming Centre on Tuesday evenings.
Sessions are run on a weekly basis, all year round.
You can book on-line using our secure server, call us on 0115 929 0707, or pop into the Dive Centre. If you book on-line or over the telephone you will receive in the post, the Scuba Tune-up Manual and a Scuba Review Voucher. To book, all you need to do is call the local number on the voucher and we will arrange everything else.
